With a heart for giving back, together they have created the foundation to provide meaningful opportunities for young people, especially in underserved areas. Through free youth football camps, outreach programs, and educational support, Tackle for Change inspires the next generation to pursue their dreams, build confidence, and stay active in their communities. Devin Harper is a professional football player and the co-founder of Tackle for Change. After excelling at Oklahoma State University and reaching the NFL, where he currently plays as a linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Devin saw an opportunity to give back to the community. Through his foundation, he leads initiatives like free youth football camps and outreach programs, ensuring that young athletes have the resources, guidance, and inspiration to succeed both on and off the field.

Thomas Harper is a dedicated athlete and advocate for youth development, using his platform to make a lasting impact beyond the game. A standout defensive back at Oklahoma State University and Notre Dame, Thomas has always valued hard work, discipline, and community. As the co-founder of Tackle for Change, he is committed to creating opportunities for young athletes through free football camps, mentorship programs, and outreach initiatives. His passion for service drives his mission to inspire the next generation, equipping them with the tools to succeed both in sports and in life.
